President Azizur RahmanMessage from the President

The past two years have been one of disruption, adaptability, and resilience. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our personal and professional lives, the way we do business, education, and research. As the world continues to adapt to these profound changes, scientific discovery remains at the forefront of powering advancements in global and environmental health.

The Centre for Climate Change Research (CCCR) is dedicated to combatting climate change through research and the development of innovative biotechnologies. In collaboration with local and international partners, we conduct groundbreaking multidisciplinary research focused on improving human health and tackling the drivers of climate change. Our values of sustainability and innovation continue to propel our duty in implementing organic biological processes to mitigate climate change.

As COVID-19 restrictions begin to ease, we are excited about the opportunity to return in-person to conduct our research and meetings.  Regardless of the challenges that may still lie ahead, we aspire to remain motivated and passionate about embracing new techniques and a platform of innovation to deliver on climate change. Our pursuit to protect and sustain our environment requires both local and international partnerships. Join us as we strive to create a platform for change.
