Dafydd Phillips (1st Place Winner)
Ambient Air Quality Synergies with a 2050 Carbon Neutrality Pathway in South Korea
Dafydd Phillips is a PhD candidate, Teaching Assistant, and Research Associate of the Research Center for Global Sustainability, at Yonsei University in South Korea. Originally from Ireland, he has resided and worked in South Korea for over ten years. He has worked on sustainable development projects for organizations such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Ban Ki-moon Foundation for a Better Future, and the Republic of Korea’s Ministry of Environment. His primary expertise area is climate change mitigation and green transition, focusing on co-benefits, such as air pollution reduction, as well as on methods of incorporating climate risk into financial stability supervision and macroeconomic frameworks.
Dr. Muhammad Tahir Khan (2nd Place Winner)
Marine natural compounds as potents inhibitors against the main protease of SARS-CoV-2- a molecular dynamic study
Dr Khan did his PhD in Bioinformatics at the Capital University of Science and Technology, Islamabad. He is working as Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Bioinformatics at the University of Lahore. He also visited Shanghai Jiao Tong University of China for advance studies in Microbial Bioinformatics. Dr Khan is also a member of young editorial board of (SPRINGER NATURE). He is also a member of the research committee of the one belt one road international project (Shanghai-Belgrade-Islamabad) joint innovation center for microbial drug resistance.
