Board of Directors – Youth Programs
Shape impactful youth-led initiatives and lead the charge in global climate action. We are looking for visionary thinkers ready to make a real-world difference.
Who We’re Looking ForM.S. or Ph.D. students, or recent graduates from Canada, the USA, or any internationally recognized university.
International students (M.S./Ph.D. level) presently residing in Canada or the USA.
Individuals aged 35 or younger
No prior board experience required—just a strong commitment to sustainability and innovative thinking
Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents, including U of T international students and graduates
Your Role
Contribute to key decision-making for youth-led initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), particularly climate action
Collaborate with experts and partner organizations to create meaningful impact
Attend in-person meetings (including international opportunities)—all travel expenses reimbursed
Support and help drive transformative projects that inspire real-world change
Note: Volunteer position with project-based honorariums.

Manage overall activities and operations of the land/farm.
Organize and coordinate crop planting and harvesting activities
Maintain machinery, equipment, and buildings.

Operations Coordinator
Core Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage agricultural activities and logistics.
Oversee production and distribution of crops and products.
Strategize to promote growth with new opportunities and stakeholders.

AI Consultant
Core Responsibilities
Assess and identify ways to implement AI technology in agricultural settings.
Develop strategies to optimize agricultural operations using AI solutions.
Ensure ethical and effective implementation of AI use throughout all work procedures.
Eligibility Requirements
🎓 Minimum Bachelor's Degree
🇨🇦 Canadian Citizen or PR (including refugee status)
⏳ Under 30 Years Old
