Strengthening Global Partnerships: Energy and Climate Action with Pakistan and Beyond

Strengthening Global Partnerships: Energy and Climate Action with Pakistan and Beyond. Exciting developments at the FAO of the United Nations event in Bangkok (8–11 Dec 2024)! We were privileged to hold productive discussions with world leaders, fostering partnerships to tackle global challenges.

In a bilateral meeting with Dr. Musadik Malik, Federal Minister of Energy, Pakistan, we laid the groundwork for a collaborative program under our “Zero Waste Living” initiative.

Project Focus:

“Powering a Zero-Waste and Zero-Emission Future through Food Waste Re-utilization”

This partnership will prioritize:

– Funding opportunities

– Researcher exchange programs

– Student and postdoctoral fellowships

– Technology implementation in Pakistan

At the Centre for Climate Change Research in Canada, we are committed to supporting developing nations through impactful solutions and knowledge sharing. Additionally, more exciting partnerships are underway with the Republic of Vanuatu, Thailand, and others.

Stay tuned as we expand these collaborations for a sustainable and climate-resilient future!
